What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards – Mastercard, VISA, Verve. Sadly we do not accept ‘payment on delivery’ that’s because our blinds are made to measure to the exact measurement you give us. So there definitely shouldn’t be any reason for you not wanting your blinds, shades or shutters (unless your windows suddenly changed shape).
How do I order a blind?
You can order your blind in 4 simple steps:
- Browse our site and click on the type of blind, shade or shutter you’d like
- On the next page you then need to choose the style and/or colour you want, then configure (how wide or long you want it, also what side of the blind you want your controls on etc) and price your blind
- Once you’ve configured and priced your blind you can add it to your shopping basket where you can also choose to have an experienced technician install the blinds for you (for a small additional fee)
- Then you need to add in all the boring but still important details like your address, phone number etc – you can do this by registering or by checking out as a guest. Once complete you simply pay and wait for a confirmation email
