If your order is incorrect, please take several photos clearly showing the issue(s) and send to us so we can investigate. One of our team members will be in contact to discuss this with you.
If there is a sizing issue, please also include a metal tape measure in the images to clearly show the issue(s).
Unfortunately, made to measure items cannot be returned for a full refund. Our full T&C’s can be found here.
If the error is down to us then obviously we will put things right for you.

Unfortunately custom-made goods cannot be returned to us if you are not happy with the colour or fabric style you selected.
All made to measure products are non-returnable as they are made to your exact requirements. However, if you change your mind before your goods are manufactured, we may be able to halt production, although this is not a guarantee. It is therefore important to contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order, and we may be able to refund your purchase, minus any costs incurred.
In the event that an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated delivery time for your order. If the new estimated delivery date does not meet your expectations, you are free to change or cancel your order.
Once your order is placed you will be unable to make any changes.
All products have estimated lead times. Orders containing different lead times will be despatched on longest lead time.
